       Monica Rodriguez Herrera, Mexican by birth and pure heart Latina, is the CEO and founder of Scepter Legacy Inc. Business Advisor and Notary, and The Fortitude Vessel Mujeres Sin Fronteras, a clear example of "Success" daughter of immigrant parents, with no work experience, non-English speaking, and limited resources. Her passion and love for the Latino community are always a topic of conversation in every interview, conference, or event she attends. She encourages Latinos to dream big and fight for their dreams. Behind her image as an empowered businesswoman, there is a sensitive Christian woman passionate about Christ, Monica states “Without God’s love and guidance I wouldn't be where I am today”. She is a mother of three adult successful daughters Jasmine, Kayla, and Rubi, her drive for life. Monica is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Her philosophy is simple: Clients come first. She pledges to communicate with her clients constantly, builds relationships, and keeps them fully informed throughout the entire service process. She also believes in keeping in contact with past clients and helping them understand how changes in the market could impact their future business decisions. Monica states “It’s important to maintain a professional connection and be able to provide Spanish-speaking individuals with the resources they need to express themselves and understand the information they are being provided.” The Latino population is thriving and continues to grow and spread across the United States rapidly. Today 65% of the San Antonio population are Latinos, language barriers oftentimes interfere with the ability to communicate effectively. Providing services or selling products to Latinos in the United States is inevitable, therefore communication will need to be facilitated. Accommodating diversity and Spanish language barriers with language services can be the difference between selling a product, gaining a new client, or saving a life. Monica discovered this frequency in which language barriers are faced, very early in life and now opens the doors to Scepter Legacy Inc. and continues to offer support and best practices to accommodate her Spanish-speaking customers. Monica states “Ensuring communication is facilitated is important in order to provide business solutions, contractual advice, and various other services to the vast Latino population living in our San Antonio community.”  Monica has a combination of 25 years of Administration and Business experience. In the corporate world Monica obtained Human Resources, employer wages, and job site coordinating experience. After 15 years of administrative experience she took the leap of Faith and devoted her management mastermind skills to opening Fastest Labs West San Antonio, a Drug and Alcohol Franchise clinic where she polished her expertise with business contracts, employer solutions, and financial experience. Her vast hand-on experience in sales, business development, and legal document reviews demonstrated the importance of assisting our Latino community with encouragement and in implementing small business policies, startups, and translating services. Despite facing many challenges and obstacles as a women-owned minority, her winning mindset has never allowed her to give up, and she continued forward with strength, perseverance, focus, and determination. Gradually, with her great charisma and leadership. Monica’s always motivated and shares with every client she meets all the experience and knowledge she has acquired during more than 25 years of success. “I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.
